ASTW newsletters
Newsletter logo (at the bottom of monthly newsletters)
- 1 newsletter - $500 + GST (the first logo includes a text box of 250 words introducing the sponsor)
- 10 newsletters - $2500 + GST ($250 per post)

- Home page banner ad - $500 + GST per quarter or $2000 + GST per annum
- Facebook group post (to members) - $250 + GST
- Package of external posts (Facebook page post, Instagram post, LinkedIn post) - $500 + GST
Events
Sponsor an event in any destination. Sponsors are responsible for organising the event and making payment to the venue. The ASTW will manage the registrations and collection of payments from members. The ASTW will provide a rebate to approved sponsors as described below. The prices indicated below are for events hosted from 1 September 2024.
- Lunch events - Two-course lunch including wine, beer and soft drinks – ASTW charges $45 (members) and $60 (non-members). $30 rebate to sponsor.
- Afternoon teas and drinks events – ASTW charges $30 (members) and $45 (non-members). $15 rebate to sponsor.
- Christmas lunch events - Two-course lunch including wine, beer and soft drinks – ASTW charges $50 (members) and $65 (non-members if applicable). $30 rebate to sponsor.

Board meetings
Sponsor an ASTW board meeting at a physical location. Sponsors should provide:
- a meeting room for 10 people, including WiFi.
- fully hosted or partially hosted accommodation for 10 people.
